When Will My Sample Kit Arrive?
Tap sample kits ship within 5–10 business days, and delivery timelines can vary based on your location. Here's what to expect:
- 🚚 Domestic (U.S.): Standard delivery (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) typically takes 1–5 business days.
- 🚚 International: Standard and economy services (USPS) may take 5–12 business days or more, depending on your destination.

How Many Sample Kits Can I Request?
Tap sample kits are usually limited to one per organization. But don't worry, each kit includes plenty of units for your whole team to try out!
Will I Receive a Confirmation Email?
- You won't receive an immediate confirmation email after submitting your request.
- Once your kit is being prepared, you'll receive an email, followed by a delivery notification. 📦 (We recommend using the tracking number to check your estimated delivery date.)
Can the Tap Devices Be Reprogrammed?
The Tap devices in your sample kit are preconfigured to redirect to Overflow’s website, so they can't be reprogrammed. (You'll still get the full Tap experience, just as your donors would!)
