As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

❓ What If I Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email?

  • 📂 Check your spam or promotions folders.
  • 🧾 Reach out to our Support team with your order number. We'll gladly check the status of your shipment!

📋 A Quick Note:

  • 🛠️ We start production after your proof is approved and payment is complete.
  • ⏳ Standard Turnaround: Typically, it takes about 6 weeks from proof approval for your order to ship.

We handle every Tap order with care from start to finish — produced, prepared, and packaged to meet our high standards. It's worth the wait!

 


📬 When Will I Receive My Order?

Your Tap order will ship approximately 6–7 weeks after proof approval and payment.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you select:

  • 📦 Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • 🚀 Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Once your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

⏰ Need It By a Certain Date?

Let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If expedited shipping options are available, we're happy to discuss them with you!

 


🕵️‍♀️ My Tracking Number Isn't Moving. What's Going On?

This can happen sometimes, but don't worry! Here's why:

  • 🔄 Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after we create the label.

  • 📮 Your package might already be in transit, just waiting for the next carrier scan.

🗓️ Haven’t Seen an Update in 2 Business Days?

  • 📩 Please send your order number to our Support team, and we’ll confirm if it’s left our facility and follow up with the carrier if needed.
  • 👍🏽 We’ve got you covered! If your order seems stuck or is time-sensitive, please let us know. We’ll do everything we can to get it to you quickly!
