From first proof to final print (and even reorders), we’re with you every step of the way! This guide outlines everything you need to know to keep things running smoothly.


🖼️ How Do I Design My Artwork?

You’re welcome to design your Tap artwork using Adobe Illustrator! 🖥️

  • 📁 To get started, you can download the design templates through this Google Drive folder.
  • 📤 Once your artwork is ready, you can upload the original files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PNG (300 DPI) or PDF format. (If your order was already placed through our team, feel free to email courtney@overflow.co instead.)

Sending Your Artwork File

To help us move quickly and make sure your final proof looks just right, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines when submitting your artwork:

  • 📁 Send your file as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file whenever possible.
  • ✍🏽 Outline all text in your file so nothing shifts or changes when we open it.
  • 📐 Use vector files for your logo or any other artwork placed in the design.
  • 📎 If you need to include JPEG or PNG images, please send those files along with your artwork.

 


📲 I Like the Phone Icon Overflow Tap Uses in Its Examples. Can I Use That Graphic Too?

Yes! Our Adobe Illustrator templates include the phone tap icon as part of the design. 🙌🏽

  • If you’d like to use the standard layout with your own logo added, feel free to send it our way. Our Tap team will be glad to take care of it for you!

 


🎨 Do You Have a Simple Design We Can Use?

Yes, we do! We know you may not want your logo featured on every Tap product, so we've created a clean "Tap Your Phone Here" design with a phone icon that works perfectly in any space. ⭐️

 


🤔 Can I Get an Update on My Proof?

Of course! If you’ve already submitted your artwork, your proof is likely in our review queue. We aim to send proofs within 2 business days of receiving your file.

If it’s been more than 3 business days, try the following:

  • 📂 Check your spam or promotions folders.
  • 🧾 Reach out to our Support team with your order number. We'll gladly follow up with the production team!

We always want to be sure your proof looks just right before it goes to print!

 


❗️ I Sent the Wrong Artwork. What Should I Do?

If Your Proof Has Not Been Approved Yet

We can easily swap in the correct file! Here's how:

  1. 📧 Please message our Support team (Subject: “Artwork Update”) and attach the correct file.
  2. 👌🏽 We’ll update it on our end and send a revised proof for your review.

If Your Proof Has Already Been Approved

Once a proof is approved, production begins and changes cannot be made. ⚠️

  • 📩 You're welcome to still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
  • ✅ To keep things on track, we recommend double-checking your file before uploading.

 


🔁 Can I Reorder the Same Design Later?

Absolutely! Reordering a past design is simple. You have 2 options:

  1. 💻 Already have the file? Head to our self-serve Shopify store, select your product(s), and upload the same artwork.
  2. 🔍 Need us to locate it? Email us with your previous order info, and we’ll handle the rest!

Reordering Made Easy

  • 📈 Reordering is great for growing teams, restocking events, or continuing a campaign.
  • 💡 Pro Tip: For major design updates, please provide a new file, so we can generate a fresh proof!
