Integrate your Overflow transaction and donor data into Salesforce to seamlessly manage donor relationships.

 

With Overflow's Salesforce App, you have the ability to map any transaction as an opportunity on either an account or contact and sync updates regularly. Your team will be thrilled to have transaction and donor data in the place they already work. The app's key features allow your team to say goodbye to disparate data and hello to improved donor relationships:

 

IMPORT DATA

Automatically retrieve your confirmed Overflow transaction and donor data and map them to existing objects.

 

CUSTOMIZE MAPPINGS

With the Mapping Editor, you'll be able to choose which properties to sync and set default values.

 

SET RECURRING SYNCS

Recurring jobs can be scheduled to regularly import your Overflow data. Imports will only pull confirmed gifts to Salesforce.

 

ANONYMOUS DONOR CUSTOMIZATION

We support setting your integration to where donor details will remain completely anonymous, even to you, when a donor selects this option. This is an opt-in only feature, all existing Salesforce Integrations will function as normal. Please reach out to our support team if you would like to activate this feature. 

 

Here's how to get started using the Salesforce App:

  1. Contact your Success Lead or email support@overflow.co to add the integration to your Overflow subscription.
  2. Download the app from the Salesforce AppExchange.
  3. Activate the Salesforce integration from within your Dashboard by going to Settings > Integrations. This will auto-generate a secret key.
  4. In the Overflow Salesforce App, navigate to the Configurations tab. Paste your Overflow API Key (generated above) in the text field for Overflow API Key and click Submit.
  5. Begin implementation.
