What Can You Customize?
Here are the features you can personalize to make your donor email receipts feel uniquely yours:
- 🖼️ Add an email banner image to the top of the email. (Image ratio: 1:3)
- 📝 Change the sender username to reflect your church or organization's name.
- 👤 Add an email sender image (like a profile picture) next to the sender name. (Image ratio: 1:1)

- All donor replies will still be forwarded to our Support team, so nothing gets missed!
- 💳 Choose whether to display the donor’s payment details, including the payment method and the last 4 digits of the card or account used.
- 🏠 Choose whether to display the donor’s address on the receipt.
