Church Center (PCO)
Please log in to your account (using a desktop browser), or contact your organization directly to get their unique Church Center URL.
This action cannot be completed in the Church Center mobile app.
- Go to the My Giving section and select the Recurring Donations module.
- Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel, labeled as Active (or On Hold).
- Click the pencil icon (✏️) at the end of the listing to delete the gift altogether.
Pushpay
Please log in to your Pushpay account (using a desktop browser), or contact your organization directly to get their unique Pushpay URL.
- Go to the Home section and enter your organization's name in the search bar.
- From the dropdown menu, select your organization's name.
- On the right side of the page, find the View option (under Recurring Payments).
- Click the Actions button located above the recurring gift you wish to cancel. From the dropdown menu, select Cancel Schedule.
- In the pop-up menu, select Yes, Cancel to confirm the cancelation.
Tithe.ly
Please log in to the Tithe.ly mobile app (App Store or Google Play).
- Go to the Recurring section at the bottom of the page.
- Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel.
- Click on the trash icon (🗑️) to delete your donation immediately.
Subsplash
Please contact your organization directly to get their unique Subsplash URL.
- Select your profile photo in the upper-right corner, then click Account from the dropdown menu.
- Under your account details, navigate to the Giving section.
- Select Scheduled Gifts, then click on the recurring gift you wish to cancel.
- In the pop-up menu, click on the trash icon (🗑️) next to the amount field.
- Select Update to confirm the cancellation.
EasyTithe/Kindred
Please contact your organization directly to get their unique EasyTithe or Kindred URL.
- Go to the Recurring tab at the top of the page.
- Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel, labeled as Active.
- Click on the trash icon (🗑️) at the end of the listing.
- In the pop-up menu, select Stop This Payment to cancel any future scheduled payments.
ACS Realm
Please log in to your account, or contact your organization directly to get their unique Realm URL.
- Click your name at the top and select Scheduled Gifts from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the recurring gift you want to cancel, labeled as Active.
- Click the ellipsis (⋯) at the end of the listing and select Cancel.
- 👥 If your giving is shared with someone else, only the person who originally created the scheduled gift will be able to cancel it.
- In the pop-up menu, press Confirm to cancel the donation.
- You’ll be returned to the same page, where you can select Manage Payment Methods from the Giving Number column on the right.
- Next to each saved payment method, click Delete Account to remove it from your profile.
Aplos
Please log in to your My Aplos portal.
- Click View All Recurring Donations (under Recurring Donations).
- Locate the recurring gift you wish to cancel.
- Click the ellipsis (⋯) under Actions next to the donation, then select Cancel Recurring Donation.
- The gift will be canceled immediately once selected.
EFT Giving (eTransfer)
Please contact your organization directly to get their unique EFT Giving URL.
- Click the Stop Your Existing Recurring Donation link.
- A "Request Cancellation of a Recurring Transaction" pop-up will appear.
- Contact Details: Fill out the form with your name, email, phone number, and address on file.
- Transaction Information: Include a description of your recurring gift and the last 4 digits of your bank account. (For your security, don't include your full account number.)
- Click Submit Request, and a Support representative will follow up with you.
- If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please email support@etransfer.com directly.
RebelGive
Please log in to your account, or email hello@rebelgive.com from your login email to delete your account.
- Go to My Giving and select Giving.
- Scroll down to locate the scheduled gift you want to cancel, listed as Active.
- Click Edit next to the gift.
- Switch the status toggle (🔘) from Active → Inactive.
- Click Save Schedule to confirm your changes.
Gyve
Please log in to the Gyve mobile app (App Store or Google Play), or contact your organization directly to get their unique Gyve URL.
- You have 2 ways to access your scheduled transactions:
- Tap Scheduled in the side navigation menu, or
- Go to the Recurring tab on the Dashboard and tap Manage Recurring.
- You’ll see a list of all your scheduled transactions.
- Find the transaction you want to stop and follow the prompts to cancel or delete it.
