Please complete the steps below to activate your account:
- Sign in to your Overflow dashboard
- In the top right corner of the page, select your name and then “Organizational Settings”
- Navigate to the KYC AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS tab and then “Update Account Details”
- After selecting “Update Account Details,” a new page will open. On this next page, navigate to the section labeled “Decision makers”
- Within the Decision-makers page, select + Add decision maker (a new page will open)
- If you are a non-profit, only check “Controlling Person” and “Signatory” (a non-profit doesn’t have an owner) then fill out the personal information below. Once you have added your personal information select “Next”
- You can add an additional individual if the Controller and Signer need to be different people. If this is the case, only select the role relevant for each person.
- The next page will request your personal address information. After filling in this information select “Submit”
- Next select “Save and go to overview” - this will take you back to the main KYC page
- Scroll down until you see the section listed “To complete this process, review and sign the official documentation” where you’ll see two options listed:

Sign service agreement:
a.) Select this tab and then scroll to the bottom and select the dropdown listed as “Signer” and select your name
b.) Check the box next to the service agreement section and then select “Sign”
c.) Once completed select “Go to overview” at the bottom left

PCI DSS Questionnaire
a.) Select this tab and then scroll to the bottom and select the dropdown listed as "Signer” and select your name
b.) Check the box next to the service agreement section and then select “Sign”
If your Bank Info shows as Verified, your activation is complete. Otherwise, follow the instructions to verify your bank account and finalize your activation. If you have any questions please reach out to our Support Team at support@overflow.co. Thanks!
