Activate Digital Wallets Today

If cash giving is already a part of your Overflow subscription, you can add Apple Pay and Google Pay for free. However, there are a few steps you'll still need to take to get these options live for your donors:

  1. Submit this request form to add Apple Pay and Google Pay to your cash giving experience.
  2. A member of the Overflow team will follow up with a link to complete your profile set up in Stripe. Please have your SSN and a color picture of the full front of your license on hand when completing the form.
  3. Wait 5-7 business days for account approval
  4. Overflow will then activate the digital wallets for your account and you'll be ready to receive instant donations via Apple Pay and Google Pay!

Which browsers and devices support Apple Pay and Google Pay?

We're glad you asked! Both digital wallets are available on mobile devices but, due to each vendors' policies, are only available on certain desktop browsers as listed in the chart below:

What are the processing fees when a donor chooses to give via Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Overflow's digital wallets are built on Stripe and therefore processing fees for Apple Pay and Google Pay will be what Stripe charges, not what your fees are with CardConnect for card and ACH giving. Overflow charges 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction for all card types except American Express, and is 3.5% for American Express.
