Our top recommendation for encouraging your congregation to give beyond the tithe is simple: share from stage that they can now give via stock and crypto.
We know the next question is usually, "How do I actually say that on a Sunday?" Here are 2 scripts you can use as as-is or adapt to fit your church's voice.

Giving Message
You can participate in generosity with our church in a lot of different ways, including giving assets from your stock portfolio or crypto wallet directly to the church. This can help you avoid capital gains taxes on those assets.
Inspirational Announcement
There's a new way to be a part of the work of our church. We've partnered with Overflow to make it easy and secure for you to give stock and crypto donations. We believe this will unlock incredible generosity, so we can continue to expand the Kingdom of God.
Some of you have been blessed in your stock portfolios or crypto wallets, and you now have an opportunity to give from that pocket.
We encourage you to do so because it's a tax-efficient way to give. When you sell appreciated stock or crypto, those gains are typically subject to capital gains tax. But when you give these assets directly to the church, and we put them to work for the Kingdom, you can avoid that capital gains tax, and the church, as a 501(c)(3), doesn't pay it either. This is an incredible win-win situation.
Scan the QR code behind me (or tap the Tap discs in front of you) to participate in generosity in this way. God bless you as you give.
