Nonprofit Knowledge Base. How do I get access?

Not seeing the exclusive Nonprofit Knowledge Base articles in the Overflow support center? Not to worry.

 

The Overflow Nonprofit Knowledge Base has a treasure trove of valuable resources including:

  • Step-by-step instructions to add Overflow tech to your giving page
  • Overflow Dashboard FAQs
  • An entire Learning Center with resources on how to launch and promote giving non-cash assets.

If you or someone on your team is not seeing all of the categories above when you view the Nonprofit Knowledge Base, it may be because you are not logged in. Overflow partners must log in using their Dashboard credentials to access Nonprofit Knowledge Base resources.

 

To log in to the Nonprofit Knowledge Base:

 

1. Select Sign In in the upper right-hand corner of the page

2. Enter your email and password. These credentials will be the same as those you use to log in to the Overflow Dashboard.

3. Click "Sign In".

 

If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password" and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

 

If you never received an invitation to your organization's Dashboard and are an Overflow partner, you can request access by emailing support@overflow.co
