🗓️ Why can’t I set today as the start date for my recurring gift?

  • We do not allow same-day start dates after 5:00 PM CDT, due to settlement times occurring around that time. This can lead to "catch-up" rebilling issues in the payment gateway.
  • Apple Pay does not support same-day recurring gifts. While we currently don't block these attempts, users may encounter errors when attempting to do so. We recommend setting the start to a future date to avoid any issues.

 

⛔️ How do I request a refund for my donation?

  • Please email our Support team at support@overflow.co. Please include your name, the organization you donated to, the gift date, and the amount charged.
    • If the gift was processed within the last 24 hours, the gift will be voided if it hasn't already been settled.
    • If this is not possible, we will issue a refund, which may take 2–7 business days to reflect in your statement.
