Set up your Virtuous Overflow Integration

Welcome to Overflow! We are so excited to be working with you.

If you haven't already, the first step to activate the Virtuous Overflow Integration is to configure it within your donation form in Virtuous. Click here to access a Virtuous help article that walks you through this process.

Once you've registered the integration within your Virtuous account, it's time to set up your account with Overflow!

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT

STEP 1: Activate Your Overflow Account

You'll receive an email from Overflow with instructions to set up an account with Overflow (called the Overflow Dashboard) and complete your profile information. If you didn't receive an email, please reach out to us at [e-mail].

• If you don't have a brokerage account but you are prompted to enter brokerage account details into your profile, please email the Overflow Support team at [e-mail], or text [phone]. We can help your organization use Overflow's liquidation services instead.

STEP 2: Create an Overflow Public API Key

In order to sync stock transactions to your Virtuous CRM, you will need to send Overflow your Overflow Public API Key which can be found in your Virtuous account. Here's how to do this:

1. Log in to your Virtuous account and go to Settings, then All Settings, then Connectivity.

2. Click "Application Keys" and then click "Create an Application Key".

3. In the dropdown that opens, select Overflow and then click "Submit". Your screen should now look like this:

Please copy your KEY and send it to [e-mail].

STEP 3: Customize Your Dashboard

Once your Overflow Dashboard profile is complete, you'll be ready to receive stock donations and utilize the tools available to you within the Dashboard. Learn more about the Dashboard here.
